Victoria has over a decade of experience in the health care field as a Nurse, Civil Society Advocate, Youth Leader and Coach and has been recognised nationally, regionally and internationally.

Victoria received the Prime Minister's Youth Award for Excellence in Service (2011), National Nurse of the Year (2012-2013), Women Deliver Young Leader (2013) and was inducted an I Believe Ambassador by Jamaica's Governor General (2013) Caribbean Regional Nurse of the Year (2014) and an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society (2015).

Her expertise spans Social work, Community development and mobilisation, Health Education, Counselling, Mentorship and Coaching.

She is the Founder of The VIPIA (Visionary Impactful Person Inspirational Academy) and a Charitable Youth Organisation ‘Be Inspired International’ and has spear-headed several successful advocacy campaigns and social outreach initiatives.
